We’re proud to develop here in Israel the leading cloud, web and mobile platform for design and construction management. Our product line called BIM 360 is already used by tens of thousands of customers around the world and is growing up in a rapid pace. We’re looking for a talented product manager that can join our team in Tel Aviv and lead key development initiatives to expand our BIM 360 product line and address some of the biggest pain points in the construction process. Candidates with any type of background in the construction space or association with it would receive priority. Candidates with architectural background are also welcomed.

The BIM 360 platform is a new and exciting project to enable engineers, architects, superintendents and project owners to view, share, collaborate, manage quality, safety and every other aspect of the design and construction process. Our goal is to improve and transform an industry that has been lagging behind for years and minimizing human errors. Our customers are the biggest design and construction companies worldwide with the most exciting and ambitious construction projects that exist out there.

As a product manager, you would be leading a number of initiatives in our construction product line that would connect to our platform. You will be working mostly with local teams but also engaging frequently with teams, partners and customers in the US and Europe. The combination of strong technology skills and software orientation along with background/knowledge in the construction industry is what we’re after. Our portfolio of customers includes the most innovative and exciting companies around the world in the construction space, hi-tech, education, automotive, sports, facilities and many more.

Responsibilities
· Lead product decisions, prioritization, and execution.
· Research, analyze and generate requirements to address different needs in the construction industry, including integrated workflows with 3rd parties.
· Work with UX and development teams closely to implement those solutions based on the requirements you defined.
· Collaborate and work with global teams to be part of a wide and powerful platform.
· Engage with exciting customers around the world to learn their needs and match it with our developed solutions.
· Plan sprints, develop the backlog, create user stories, participate in the Agile development cycle.
· You will be the evangelist for your programs, driving awareness, understanding metrics, course correcting as needed.

Job Requirements
· 2 years as a Product Manager/Owner in the technology industry, preferably with experience in a company developing solutions for the Cloud, Mobile or SaaS.
· The ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
· Being a team player and a collaborative person by nature.
· Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interaction
· Being a self-starter and take initiative, able to take high level direction and drive teams towards execution.
· Fluent English.



Advantages:
· Familiarity or background in the construction or architectural space – a huge advantage!
· Real-world experience with Autodesk design software/tools.
· B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering field or with related business experience.
· Programming experience.
