Job description
Autodesk Construction product line is used by hundreds of thousands of customers around the world and is growing at a rapid pace.
Our goal is to improve and transform an industry that has been lagging behind for years and minimizing human errors. Our customers are the biggest design and construction companies worldwide with the most exciting and ambitious construction projects that exist out there.

We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Common Services team in Tel Aviv. As a Product Manager, you’ll be leading key development initiatives to expand our construction product line and address some of the biggest pain points in the construction process. Your initiatives will also be used by other teams to accelerate their efforts and deliver value to their users.

You will be working mostly with local teams but also engaging frequently with teams, partners and customers across the globe. Having strong technical skills and software orientation along with background/knowledge in the construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Lead product decisions, prioritization, and execution.
- Ideate and prioritize potential initiatives through demonstrating their alignment with our business strategy and the value to our current or future users.
- Research, analyze and generate requirements to address different needs for internal teams and customers.
- Define a highly customizable business process engine, with integrated workflows with 3rd parties using APIs and user interface components.
- Work with UX and development teams closely to implement those solutions based on the requirements you defined.
- Engage with global teams and customers around the world to learn their needs and match it with our developed solutions as part of a wide and powerful platform.
- Plan sprints, develop the backlog, create user stories, participate in the Agile development cycle.
You will be an evangelist for your programs, driving awareness, understanding metrics, course-correcting as needed.

Job Requirements
- 3 years as a Product Manager in the software industry, preferably with experience in a company developing cloud solutions for business process management.
- B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering field or with related business experience.
- The ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Being a team player and a collaborative person by nature.
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interaction
- Being a self-starter and take initiative, able to take high-level direction and drive teams towards execution.
- Fluent English.

Advantages:
- Familiarity or background in construction or architectural space – a huge advantage!
- Real-world experience with Autodesk design software/tools.
- Programming experience.

We build simple, beautiful software that construction teams love to use. As part of Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS), whose mission is to seamlessly connect the office, trailer and the field across the entire construction project lifecycle, our solutions empower general contractors, subcontractors, owners and architects to provide fast, accurate information to the field. With unparalleled adoption by field workers, our solutions are used on projects as the single source of truth for all construction data — including drawings, photos, and other critical documents. As a result, critical workflows are streamlined, efficiency is improved, and field teams can take on more work and get more done. Our software enables a complete dataset to move seamlessly through each phase of a building’s lifecycle — from design and preconstruction to construction, turnover, and operations.
